Return policy.

All returns must be authorized by Daika New York, Inc.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns will receive store credit. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt with all the original packaging and enclosed return slip. Merchandise must be returned unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. All sale items are final sale. If the sandal is not your perfect fit, exchanges may only be made for the same item being returned, if a different size is available.

Daika New York, Inc will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you for such loss or damage.

We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements. In addition, certain returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

When your return is received, we will issue a store credit in the amount of the merchandise. We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow us up to 2 weeks.

The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mail it to the following address: Daika New York, Inc 4301 21st Suite 114A LIC, NY/ Attn: Returns.
